Just wanted to say that all is good. I have been a bit busy with my new psyghology-studies here in Bergen. Nevertheless the hurry, best start for mornings are still these tasty smoothies and coffee of course. Today I had banana, blueberries, half of an avocado, yoghurt and cold water. In the picture under I had banana, lots of wild blueberries, mint leaves, yoghurt and milk. I don’t use any sugar on these. Banana brings enough sweetness for me but if you crave more sweetness just add sugar or honey.
