Summer Food

Fresh shrimps from fish market served with delicious salad, flavoured mayonnaises and home-baked bread.

Just prepare a tasty salad with fresh ingredients. I used salad, spinach, mango, avocado, melon and mozzarella. Perfect combo! Sprinkle a bit good olive oil, white vine vinegar, salt and black pepper on top. Serve salad with good bread.

If you have time, prepare mayonnaise self and season it with dill and lemon juice. Another alternative is to buy mayonnaise from store and spice it up with chili, lemon or dill.

Buy some fresh shrimps and dill from market. Serve these from a bowl together with lemon slices.
